Thanks for flagging this. There are quite a few tag pairs following this pattern, due to the way in which some of the entries were originally imported. Changing the URL so that the -1 is removed requires manually releasing the "slug" without the -1 , and then re-associating it to the relevant tag ("moral circle expansion", in your example). There is currently no way to automate this process and only a few people in the tech team can perform these operations, so I'm afraid it will take a while before the issue is fixed. Hopefully we'll find a more permanent solution eventually.
Suggestion to change this tag's URL from "/moral-circle-expansion-1/" to "/moral-circle-expansion/".
