Hi everyone! I'm Caitlin, and I'm a freelance instructional designer. That means I identify needs/bottlenecks and try to solve them by designing courses and other educational materials. 

I studied Music Education and German Literature in Michigan/Berlin, and founded a music, theatre and dance school in Tangier, Morocco two years ago. 

I'm interested in: 

-- how instructional design can be used to educate people on a large scale, 
-- identifying systems that can be improved/made more efficient, and 
-- seemingly crazy/neglected ideas. 
-- I also grew up on a farm and am an amateur opera singer.

I'm especially interested in having conversations about neglected issues that are especially relevant to people, and how to communicate these new and complex concepts accurately and concisely.
