Join us for the LSE EA Society's opening event of 2023/24 Academic year - Introduction to Effective Altruism!

We'll provide an overview of core EA ideas, share our plans for the upcoming year, and give you a chance to get to know our committee over free food and drinks.

The event will feature:
- An interactive presentation and Q&A on Effective Altruism concepts by Sam. Learn how the EA community aims to use evidence and reason to find the most effective ways to benefit others.
- Our committee will introduce themselves and share details on events, collaborations, and goals for the year ahead.
- Afterwards, enjoy relaxed conversations over free food, drinks and books. Chat with Sam, our committee, and other students interested in doing the most good they can.
