Managing Director
About the Role
As the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in growing EA for Jews as an organization and presence within the global Jewish community. Program Director
About the Role
As the Programs Director, you will play a key role in executing EA for Jews' core programs and initiatives. This is a part-time position (10-20 hours per week with the possibility of going full-time in the future)) focused on the hands-on management, marketing, and evaluation of our fellowships, events, volunteer efforts, and other activities. You will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager/Program Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Marketing fellowships, events, and other programs to attract robust applicant/attendee pools
- Scheduling and coordinating logistics for program cohorts, event series, etc.
- Organizing and promoting EA Shabbat Dinners and community events
- Managing the recruitment, training, and oversight of program volunteers
- Tracking program data and participant details in systems like Airtable
- Developing marketing copy, graphics, and other program materials
- Implementing measurement & evaluation practices for programs

About the Role
As the Community Manager, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing EA for Jews' core community of participants. This is a part-time position (10-20 hours per week, with the possibility of going full-time in the future) focused on welcoming new members, facilitating programming, leading events, and providing personalized support to empower our community in increasing their impact.
