Another way to think about these numbers is using 1 per (number of people), for example on a daily basis:

1 cow is killed by 10,000 humans

1 sheep per 5,000 humans

1 pig per 2,000 humans

1 chicken per 40 humans

1 farmed fish per 26.7 humans
