If the leaders (co-founders and senior staff) of the organizations set the example with lower salaries, then it creates a culture where employees that come onboard are also thinking about what salary they really need (not want).
If possible, can you share about the effects of low salary nonprofits (effects on yourself, CE, CE staff or other charities CE incubated), after seeing this in action for the past few years?
