So, let's assume I am a 'leader' in the EA community being involved in some of the centralised decision-making you are talking about (which might or might not be true). I'm very busy but came across this post, it seemed relevant enough and I spent maybe a bit less than an hour skim-ish reading it. I agree with the vast majority of the object-level points you make. I didn't really have time to think about any of the concrete proposals you are making and there are a lot of them, so it seems unlikely I will be able to find the time. However, since - as I said - I broadly agree with lots of what you're saying I might be interested in supporting your ideas. What, concretely do you want me to do tomorrow? Next week?
