Thank you for this timely initiative, Daniela, Abraham and Bob.

Voluntarily pioneering a highly neglected, underfunded, and morally almost forgotten field must come with no small burdens, but also with great opportunities. Best wishes for the future.

Hi, Lewis, thanks for this AMA.

Hypothetical situation:

Day 1 after OP announces that it will no longer fund animal welfare.

In your opinion, as an expert individual donor and activist,

  1. what should animal welfare organizations do?
  2. What should large donors other than OP do?

Thank you Anele for writing on this topic. Still reading through all the materials linked. I am deeply interested on the topic and eager to learn more in the EA Forum or anywhere else.

Hi Lewis, thank you for doing this!

  1. Is the intercontinentally expansive model of consolidated and well funded EAA organizations still the most effective?
  2. What mistakes already made would you like to see young and promising  Western EAA organizations avoid in their growth?
  3.  What kind of intervention do you see as viable in China?
