I'm a PhD student at the Royal Veterinary College, University of London. My research focuses on comparing animal welfare and environmental sustainability parameters across shrimp farming systems in the Global South. 

Previously achieved a Masters in environmental economics and policy from Imperial College London. 

I'm looking for postdoc opportunities in the U.S. on animal welfare in food systems, starting in 2026. I'm particularly interested in invertebrates (i.e., continuing with my research on shrimp, or moving to insects) and fish. 

I'm happy to answer questions about farmed shrimp, animal welfare and environmental sustainability in food systems, the status of UK food governance and policy, my experiences working in UK food policy, postgraduate studies in the UK, or something similar.
