I'm an undergraduate cognitive science and psychology student. I’m currently exploring different paths to impact, and am most excited about opportunities to contribute and learn in policy, mental health, values spread, EA infrastructure, think tank or non-profit research, entrepreneurship, strategic planning, workplace (I/O) psychology, and impact evaluations.
I’m also passionate about positively shaping the future of AI and emerging technologies. My recent research explores the effects of AI on education, particularly the thinking skills students need to responsibly leverage AI tools and create value in fast-changing work contexts. Previously, I wrote a paper about human biases, their remedies, and their relevance to potential existential risks from AI.
I’m currently exploring high-impact interventions in mental health through the Effective Altruism (EA) Mental Health Working Group, aiming to improve wellbeing and sustainable productivity in the EA community and globally.

Do you think it would be worth doing some low-cost "advertising" of research ideas (/potential collaborations) presented in this agenda? For example, Effective Thesis recently launched a Research Opportunities Board, so some of these topics could be posted on there for students looking for high-impact research projects. (This could help with the resource/funding issue.)
Out of curiosity, roughly how many people are working on this agenda internally (at HLI) and externally (through collaborations)?
Who can I talk to about a nuclear war prevention idea? (And is there a public repository of ideas?)
